Aggies Squeak Past No. 13 LSU Tigers, 11-7: Live Game Log
Baseball’s Aggies are hoping to pick up where they left off Friday after a tough 6-4 win over the Tigers in Baton Rouge.
A&M fought twice at the top of the ninth inning Friday night and Chris Cortez retired from the team in the home run to send the Aggies out winners in Game One of the weekend series.

The Aggies will try to keep their hot rackets hot on Saturday at Alex Box Arena in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at 6 p.m. BST as the two teams battle it out in Game Two. , while pitchers of Aggie held LSU hitters to .071 (1 vs. 14) with the guys at the base.
Dylan Rock went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs, and Kole Kaler went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk, two runs, and an RBI. Jacob Balish made two and a half runs which allowed him to run on two-strokes by three strokes and not walk, while Chris Cortez finished things with 1 and 2/3 of the rounds, no hits, no runs, no walks, and two hits, to win.
