Basketball in Kansas tops the full list for the 2022-23 games
Lawrence – The Kansas men’s basketball has released the full list of non-conference games for the 2022-23 season.
It’s one that includes its share of notable opponents, such as Duke and Indiana. It’s a game that includes some well-known opponents from the Jayhawks racing to the National Championship this past season.
Tuesday’s Kansas edition kicked off “Non-ranked conference schedules are common for Kansas men’s basketball, and the 2022-23 roster will be no different.” “The Jayhawks have aggressively led the country on the schedule in two of the past four seasons and five times overall during coach Bill Self’s 19 campaigns in Kansas. Additionally, KU placed in the top 10 on the schedule 12 times under self-stewardship, including center The third after the 2022 NCAA National Championship season for Kuwait University.”

After a show at home on November 2 against Pittsburgh State, Kansas will open the season on November 7 at home against Omaha. Another home game, November 10 against North Dakota State, followed by a November 15 contest in Indianapolis against the Duke during the Classic Champions Tournament. Then there’s the November 18 home game against Southern Utah, the November 23-25 Atlantis Battle in the Bahamas and the November 28 home match against Texas Southern to end the month.
Kansas has been joined in the Battle 4 Atlantis arena by Wisconsin, Tennessee, USC, NC State, Dayton, Butler, and BYU. The Jayhawks Texas Southern topped the NCAA Championship this past season.
The following month, Kansas first face Seton Hall on December 1 at home during the Battle of the Big East 12. The Jayhawks then travel for the December 10 road game against Missouri, before returning home on the December 17 game against Indiana. A December 22 home game against Harvard ended the non-conference games list for that month, with the Big 12 Conference game starting on December 31.

Kansas defeated Missouri at home last season. The Jayhawks were supposed to play Harvard as well, but they ended up not receiving a tip-off at all – due to what have been described as COVID-19 protocols and infections in the Harvard program.
KS finished the non-conference roster for the regular season with the SEC/Big 12 Challenge Jan. 28 on the road in Kentucky. The Wildcats topped the Jayhawks this past season in Lawrence in their last meeting.
“Once again, we have a non-conference schedule that should prepare us for what will be another solid schedule for 12,” Self said in the statement. “That’s a very good schedule at home with games against Indiana and Seton Hall. Duke in the Champions Classic in Indianapolis and road games in Missouri and Kentucky are also mixed. Battle 4 Atlantis is a stacked field that includes USC, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Those, along with the Big 12, They make this a very competitive table and if we do well, it will enhance our chances of getting another NCAA high seed.”
